👑 Three-Tier Command Structure

👑 High Council: 1 Commander + 4 Core Coordinators ├─ 10 Operational Teams (with Leaders) │ ├─ Each Leader manages 5 members │ └─ Reports monthly to Core Coordinators └─ Reserve Pool (Scouted, trained, rotated as needed)

🔝 Tier 1: The Central Command (5 Members)

  • Commander (Bez): Vision, strategy, final decisions

  • Strategic Advisors (2): Market insight, narrative shaping, partnership alignment

  • Operations Leads (Rad, Roopanth)): Team structure, onboarding, task flow, reporting

All Tier 2 teams report to this unit. Tier 1 reviews KPIs and adjusts strategy weekly.

🔝 Tier 2: Core Unit Leaders (10 People)

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate their squad

  • Report weekly results and KPIs to Tier 1

  • Filter new applicants and assist with training

Each core leader manages an autonomous Micro Unit up to 5 direct contributors.

🔝 Tier 3: Contributor Squads (Up to 50 Members)

Each Micro Unit currently includes 3–4 contributors focused on:

  • Shilling (Telegram, Twitter, CMC)

  • Content creation (memes, posts, announcements)

  • Education, support, and localized community outreach

  • Research, scouting, and listing engagement

Contributors earn rewards weekly and can grow into Tier 2 through proven action.

⚖️ Rights and Rules

🔹 No guaranteed rewards — all must be earned. 🔹 No selling from team wallet to open market. 🔹 All rewards are in CBON. 🔹 You may sell only through LP removal, not direct dumps. 🔹 Locking/holding gives higher share. 🔹 Inactivity, spam, or dishonor results in instant removal.


NURA FORCE – Core Member Agreement (NDA + Token Policy)

NURA FORCE – Confidentiality & Token Distribution Agreement (v2.1) This agreement outlines the expectations, obligations, and distribution terms for all verified contributors of the NURA FORCE, operating under the $CBON decentralized movement. Confirmation from your verified LinkedIn profile is mandatory for activation of your role and token eligibility. ⸻ 1. Confidentiality • You are expected to maintain full confidentiality regarding internal strategies, documents, chats, roadmaps, and plans. • Sharing this information in any form (public groups, DMs, emails, screenshots) is strictly prohibited. • This confidentiality extends indefinitely, even after leaving the team. • Violation will result in instant removal, loss of rewards, and legal escalation if needed. ⸻ 2. No Insider Trading • Any trading of $CBON based on privileged internal knowledge (e.g., upcoming listings or campaigns) is strictly forbidden. • You are not allowed to dump tokens or destabilize the market. • Only coordinated token distributions (via LP withdrawal, strategic releases, or reward disbursements) are permitted with leadership consent. • Market abuse = permanent blacklist + loss of all allocations. ⸻ 3. Conditional Token Distribution • All token rewards, bonuses, and milestone-based incentives are performance-based. • Contributions must be consistent, verifiable, and in alignment with NURA FORCE values. • Toxic behavior, non-compliance, or harm to the project voids all rewards — retroactively and going forward. ⸻ 4. Vesting Terms • Major reward distributions (such as milestone bonuses or leadership allocations) are subject to a vesting plan. • Vesting ensures long-term loyalty and ecosystem stability. • Specific release schedules and cliff details will be shared in dedicated reward documents. ⸻ 5. Intellectual Property • Any work you create (content, visuals, strategy, code) for NURA FORCE or $CBON becomes part of the project’s intellectual property. • You retain authorship credit, but rights belong to the DAO. ⸻ 6. Exit & Termination • You may voluntarily leave the team with 7-day written notice. • NURA FORCE leadership may terminate any contributor at any time for violation of this agreement. ⸻ 7.
