**Structure and Roles of CADINU Inc. and CADINU DAO**

To enhance transparency and clearly separate responsibilities, CADINU has established two independent entities: **CADINU Inc.** and **CADINU DAO**. Each entity has its own defined role in the development and management of the CADINU project.

**1. CADINU Inc.**

**CADINU Inc.** is a legally registered company in Canada, responsible for the overall development, technical management, and support of CADINU projects. Its key responsibilities include:

* Developing and updating CADINU products and services
* Managing technical infrastructure and servers
* Creating and advancing CADINU apps and games
* Providing support and services to users and clients
* Engaging with third-party companies and business partnerships

**CADINU Inc.** operates under Canadian laws and complies with all relevant financial and commercial regulations.

**2. CADINU DAO**

**CADINU DAO** is a decentralized autonomous organization, managed by the CADINU community and token holders. This entity functions through voting and collective decision-making by its members and plays a key role in major decisions related to the CADINU project. Its responsibilities include:

* Approving and deciding on protocol updates and product developments
* Setting development priorities and allocating financial resources
* Voting on proposals and projects within the community
* Managing and evolving the DAO ecosystem in a decentralized manner

Every token holder in the DAO can participate in the decision-making process and exercise their voting rights.

**3. Separation of Responsibilities**

The clear distinction between **CADINU Inc.** and **CADINU DAO** ensures that each entity operates independently with well-defined roles.
