Websites and forms

A static site. It loads no scripts, sets no cookies and has no forms. Fonts are served from our own server. Cloudflare protects the site and our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for up to 30 days.

These pages are hosted by GitBook. GitBook may set its own cookies and collect usage statistics under the GitBook privacy policy. We do not add trackers of our own.

The studio and template marketplace site. It uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts and no cookies on public pages.

We receive what you type: name, email, company, current website, what you need, budget range, timing, your message and whether you ticked the marketing box. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags (utm_…) in the link you arrived with, so we know which campaign worked.

Name, email, country, portfolio link, the formats you work in, your confirmation that you own the work, and your message.

For each form we keep a small record of what you agreed to and when, as Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) requires. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying to any email or by contacting us; the withdrawal is logged.

When online payments are enabled, checkout happens on Stripe. Stripe receives your email address and the order reference; we receive the payment status, never your card number. Creators who sell templates are paid through Stripe Connect and their payout country and Stripe account id are stored with their profile.

To stop abuse we count requests per IP address, but only as a one-way hash that expires within minutes. The address itself is not stored.

Demo templates on cadinu.ca never send form data anywhere. A template delivered to a client posts its forms to that client’s own endpoint, under the client’s privacy policy.

Ask to see, correct or delete anything you sent us through @cadinulover. Records that tax or business law requires us to keep are kept for that period only.
