Getting BNB for network fees

Every transaction on BNB Smart Chain (a swap, a trade in a competition, creating a competition, a lock, an approval) pays a small network fee (“gas”) in BNB. The fee goes to the network’s validators, not to CADINU. CADINU does not pay network fees for you, and no CADINU page offers free gas. Signatures that are not transactions (claiming your profile, accepting competition rules, a promo code) cost nothing.

How much you need

When a connected wallet has less BNB than the next step needs, the app shows a “You need a little BNB” panel above the button instead of an error. The amount is an estimate:

current gas price × a typical gas amount for that step × 1.5 (the 1.5 is a safety margin for a busier block or a longer route), shown in BNB and in dollars.

The gas amounts come from real CADINU transactions on BNB Smart Chain (read on 2026-10-07). The real fee is set by the network when your wallet sends the transaction; your wallet shows it before you confirm.

If your wallet refuses a transaction with a message like insufficient funds for gas, the app shows the same panel: nothing was sent, add a little BNB and try again.

Get BNB

  1. Copy your wallet address

    In the panel, choose Copy address, or Show QR to scan it from another phone. Your address is also in your wallet app.

  2. Withdraw BNB from an exchange

    Section titled “Withdraw BNB from an exchange”

    On Binance or another exchange, open Withdraw, pick the coin BNB, and pick the network BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Some exchanges call it BSC. Paste your address, enter the amount, and confirm. The exchange charges its own withdrawal fee and has a minimum amount.

  3. Wait for it to arrive

    A BNB Smart Chain withdrawal usually arrives within minutes, after the exchange sends it. The panel disappears once your wallet holds enough BNB.

Other ways:

  • With a card: when Buy Crypto is open in the app, the panel also shows Buy BNB with a card. While Buy Crypto is closed, that option is not shown.
  • From a friend: anyone can send BNB on BNB Smart Chain to your address.

You cannot swap a token into BNB without BNB: the swap itself pays its fee in BNB.

The panel shows only a BNB amount, no dollars The BNB price could not be read at that moment; the BNB amount is still the estimate.
