Use a promo code

A promo code lowers the creation fee of a trading competition. CADINU issues the codes; a valid code turns into a voucher signed by CADINU that the competition contract checks before it applies the discount.

  1. Go to the Schedule step

    Section titled “Go to the Schedule step”

    In Create, finish Type, Pool and Prize, then open step 4, Schedule.

  2. Choose the fee currency first

    Section titled “Choose the fee currency first”

    Pick BNB or CBON under Pay the creation fee in. A code can be tied to one currency.

  3. Enter the code and apply

    Section titled “Enter the code and apply”

    Type the code in Promo code (optional) and choose Apply. A valid code shows a tick and the discount: a percentage off, an amount off, or a fixed price. The summary updates to what you pay.

  4. Sign and create

    A free sign-in signature applies the code (no gas). Then approve and confirm the competition as usual.

How discounts stack. The contract applies them in a fixed order: the list price, then the referral price (15% off with a referral), then the promo voucher. The fee never goes below zero or above the list price.

Common errors

Message Meaning
This promo code is not valid (unknown, expired or not started). Check the spelling and the dates of the offer.
This promo code is for the other fee currency. Switch between BNB and CBON.
This wallet has already used this promo code. Each code can be limited per wallet.
This promo code has been used up. The code reached its total number of uses.
Too many tries. Wait a minute. Wait, then apply again.
Promo codes are not available right now. Codes are switched off for the moment; the normal fee applies.
