# Brand & Logos

 

**Introduction**

Before downloading the CADINU logo provided at the bottom of this page, please review these guidelines carefully.

> Although CADINUSwap shares some of its technology through open-source licenses, **the CADINU, CADINUSwap, CADINU Token, and CBON Token brands are not distributed under the same licenses**.

The following CADINU "Brand Assets" are copyrighted material, and their usage is subject to the policy outlined below:

* CADINU, CADINUSwap, CADINU Token, and CBON Token logos, wordmarks, and icons
* The CADINU name
* Other visual assets created by CADINU, including illustrations and 3D models

## Permissible Uses

You may utilize CADINU's Brand Assets under the following circumstances:

* ✅Referring to our products and services
* ✅Linking to our official site or products, e.g., "Trade our tokens on CADINUSwap"
* ✅Announcing an official partnership, with explicit approval from a qualified member of the CADINU team

## Prohibited Uses 

While we embrace the principles of open source, **safeguarding the CADINU brand is paramount for user security** and trust in distinguishing genuine endorsements from unauthorized ones.

The following are examples of **prohibited** uses of our Brand Assets:

* ⛔️Incorporating our Brand Assets into your product names, logos, or NFTs (e.g., creating an app called "CADINU Engine" or "CADINU Child")
* ⛔️ Using the CADINU logo or any part thereof in your product logos, marketing materials, websites, etc.
* ⛔️Creating logos that closely resemble the CADINU Icon
* ⛔️Producing digital or physical products for sale using our Brand Assets, including merchandise (e.g., "Swag") and NFTs
* ⛔️ Developing derivative names that suggest official endorsement (e.g., establishing a social media group named "CADINUSwap Italy" without authorization)
* ⛔️Modifying or adapting our Brand Assets in any manner; they must be used as provided without alterations

Exercise creativity and discretion. While leveraging the CADINUSwap ecosystem, ensure your brand remains distinct and authentic. Remember, a strong product stands on its own merits without relying on reinterpreted brand elements.
